Dear Friends,

Pole Creek Baptist Church is a vibrant, growing community of faith.  We thank God for His blessings in the past that have brought us to this day.  His hand has been upon us and now has opened a door for missions and ministry as wide as the world.  At Pole Creek, we take the Bible seriously. Our purpose for existence is to follow the great commandment and fulfill the great commission.  Jesus told us that the great commandment is to love the Lord our God with our entire being and to love our neighbor as ourselves (Matt. 22:37-40).  This love is expressed as we loyally take the good news of Jesus Christ to all people, which is our great commission  (Matt. 28:18-20).
In order to accomplish this, five elements must be present in this church:  worship, evangelism, fellowship, discipleship, and ministry.  These are the marks of a healthy church, living by New Testament principles.  That is our passion and purpose for Pole Creek Baptist Church.

Here is how we express it,

We, the people of Pole Creek Baptist Church, exist to love God and others by exalting the Lord Jesus Christ in our worship, evangelizing the lost by our witness, embracing all who are won, establishing each member in God's Word, and equipping them for His work.
