First, the "In" part of In+Out stands for our attempt to reach in to every member of Pole Creek. That may sound obvious but as we grow, we find it necessary to take deliberate steps to ensure a close connection between each of our members and the Sunday School. This is done through the ministry of CARE (Christians Actively Reaching Everyone). In today's world our lives are so fragmented and busy that we often loose touch with those we care about. All of God's people are important to Him, so they are important to us. During CARE, our team writes cards, makes phone calls, and prays for each of our entire congregation as well as prospective members.
Next, we reach out to our community through FAITH (Forsaking All I Trust Him). Here, teams learn how to simply and effectively share Christ's message of salvation with others. Further equipping is in the form of focused classes such as "Building Bridges", "Reaching Out to Cults", and "Reaching Out to World Religions". This great training is then put into action! We get out and take the Good News into the community.
