Homebound  Pole Creek's Homebound Ministry is designed to provide support, contact, compassion and love to persons in our community who, for physical or other reasons, are no longer able to attend church. We also attempt to keep them informed of the current happenings at Pole Creek as well as current prayer needs of its members.  Our pastoral staff and deacons are very faithful and dedicated to keep in regular touch with our homebound members.  Church members are asked and encouraged to visit our homebound members at least once a month, particularly on the first Wednesday of every month beginning at 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm. We meet in the Friends of Jesus classroom on the bottom floor of the church and plan for our visits. At that time, the visitors receive magazines or other information desired by the person they are going to see, as well as being brought up to date on any specific needs of that person.  If anyone is interested in helping, please contact the church office.
